General Paediatrics
General and Community Paediatrics covers a broad range of conditions, complex care management and developmental disabilities.
Common health concerns covered by general paediatrics include feeding and growth issues, disordered eating, allergy, asthma, sleep issues, bowel and bladder dysfunction, headache and recurrent infections.
A general paediatrician is often the first point of contact for families, especially where there is uncertainty relating to health concerns. They also provide oversight and a holistic approach to care planning for patients with multiple or complex health concerns.
We work closely with colleagues and other specialists to coordinate high-quality care that is holistic and patient-focused.
